AFTER SALES SERVICE: The support consists of the following: - We are continuously updating the program and new update utilities are developed continuously. Therefore it is compulsory that you install a modem and software (approved by us).
- Should you find any bugs / problems in the program, please let us know by letter, fax or E-Mail and we will correct such bugs / problems and send updates to all registered users.
- Should you require any additional features to the program you must let us know by letter, fax or E-Mail, We will analyze such requests and if found to be useful (for everyone) these additions will be made and updates send to all registered users.
- There will be a compulsory monthly fee payable that will entitle you to free support & updates for the current paid-up month. Currently R600.00 per month.
- Telephone support if you call us is free of charge.
- Telephone support if we call you will be charged at R10 per 3 minutes or part thereof for South Africa only.
